“We haven’t stayed at the Georgian in quite a few years and were told that it was under new ownership. My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised at the changes that were made. Every room was brand new and extremely clean. The grounds were beautiful with an all new patio area with outdoor couches and multiple fire pits. The view at this hotel is incredible and we loved our stay. ”

“This was a very nice stay. It's not perfect, of course, but it's been renovated a lot. The room condition was very nice. The only issues were internet and no local or national (ABC, CBS, NBC) network channels that we could find. But you're not there to watch TV. The housekeeping was excellent. The general vibe was "everyone mind your own business" and we appreciated that. It's close to all the tourist stuff, so it was a great home base for us to see Lake George. Very enjoyable stay overall.”

We used both the indoor and outdoor pools and while we stayed in a pet friendly 2 queen room, there was no evidence of odor of other dogs. Room was a nice size. Overall I think great value. ”

“The hotel was clean. Had a room with 2 double beds. Like us, there were many people there with dogs. For so many dogs, it was pretty quiet. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was pre-packaged muffins, pre-packaged fruit cups. Coffee, and orange juice. There is a McDonalds very close by. There is a Price Chopper grocery store very close by too. The hotel is about 10-15 mins from downtown Lake George.”
