“Comodo da raggiungere, pulito, personale gentile, silenziosissimo Internet veloce, colazione e parcheggio compresi. Valida alternativa agli hotel di Seattle, ingiustificatamente costosi e spesso con i servizi tutti a pagamento!!!! Con 15 minuti di auto si raggiunge il centro di Seattle.”

“The lobby and hallways smelled of Marijuana, the evening/night audit front desk attendant was about as brilliant as a wet match in a dark cave. Not very friendly/welcoming either. We had reserved a jetted tub suite. I called ahead and asked specifically if the jetted tub was a TWO PERSON tub... was told that it was for sure a 2 person tub, upon check-in, the tub was NOT a 2 person tub...(unless you are children). In addition, I soaked in the tub for well over an hour, the jet timer, NEVER...

“Hotel mediocre, la prima camera assegnata aveva cattivo odore di fumo, tant'è che abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera e ce ne hanno assegnata una pulita ma con evidenti difetti (es. mattonelle del bagno rotte che cadevano al tocco). Nella hall c'era un odore sgradevole di ristorazione. Di positivo lo shuttle gratuito per l'aeroporto ma consigliamo di prenotarlo tramite la reception, prima della partenza perché loro non mandano messaggi al riguardo.”

“GREAT location. Shopping and theater close by… Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great customer care. Room was clean and very comfortable. The shower’s water pressure was a little slow but great if you have time. Microwave, mini fridge, and safe available in the room. ”
