“Breakfast was ok. Not great”

“The receptionist lady was unwelcoming, rude, easily irritated. When asked quest responded with impatient/harsh tone of voice. Room was clean, parking feels safe with the security guard in place. There was no breakfast place in the hotel. If there was, the lady on the desk didn't say.”

“We could not spend the night there as our keys stopped working. Front desk closes at 10pm, so no one to help. We walked to nearby hotel for the night stay. So over all we did not have good experience at all.”

“No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests.”

“Comodo da raggiungere, pulito, personale gentile, silenziosissimo Internet veloce, colazione e parcheggio compresi. Valida alternativa agli hotel di Seattle, ingiustificatamente costosi e spesso con i servizi tutti a pagamento!!!! Con 15 minuti di auto si raggiunge il centro di Seattle.”

“1. When I checked in they said although I had a reservation no rooms were available and he would have to change my reservation because I had a service animal and were only allowed on 1st floor. 2. Gave me room 127 and it had no hot water. No place to move to until morning and he would have maintenance come, never did. Ended up washing in cold water for funeral. Got told will have to change rooms when I get back. 3. Moved to 223 queen beds when booked king suite. This room bathroom plugged did...

“Breakfast was super great. We booked because of the pool and it wasnt open yet even though it was two weeks past when it said it was to be open. Overall good friendly stay. ”

“Hotel mediocre, la prima camera assegnata aveva cattivo odore di fumo, tant'è che abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera e ce ne hanno assegnata una pulita ma con evidenti difetti (es. mattonelle del bagno rotte che cadevano al tocco). Nella hall c'era un odore sgradevole di ristorazione. Di positivo lo shuttle gratuito per l'aeroporto ma consigliamo di prenotarlo tramite la reception, prima della partenza perché loro non mandano messaggi al riguardo.”

“Non capisco come Hotel.com possa consigliare un posto che non è un hotel bensi un residence e quindi non ha i requisiti minimi per il turismo, ad esempio non hanno una cartina della città. Inoltre la colazione inclusa è un caffè su uno scaffale, non una colazione e quindi un servizio millantato.”

“Giving the place a one star in generous. When I got into my room there where no towels. The floor had gaps in it. The shower was so hard to turn on I had to stand in the tub and pull. The laundry room is on the 2nd floor (I have knee replacements and just got off a 26 day cruise) plus they use a app that I had to put $25 in and spent $5. Probably never see the balance.
