“Stayed one night recently. Mary greeted us even before we arrive with text. When we arrived, she came out to the lobby and greeted us with full heart. We all enjoyed the night at the property and talked about staying there in the future when we go to Pocono. ”

“The staff were extremely courteous and helpful - I saw them help a distressed woman find a room at another hotel as all of them were getting filled up due to graduations. A female staff member who was ending her shift actually had the woman follow her to the other hotel as she seemed a bit out of sorts and did have / couldn’t figure out a gps. They went well above and beyond the call of duty.”

“Lovely resort with great cabins right by the lake. Our family of 5 had a great time, kayaking and canoing on the lake, making smores at night, enjoying the fire place, and walking to narure trail. The staff was friendly and the accomodation was clean and the perfect size for our family. We plan to return soon.”

“I needed a place to stay swiftly for me and another displaced family from a fire in our home. This place was over the top helpful and very friendly. I have to say I never looked into accommodations in my home town, for never needing them, but I want to point out that this hotel was the best value for the dollar! “Christian checked us in after a grueling day of fighting with Hertz & electric car. He was amazing! He was patient with me and listened to my venting about the day, probably regretting asking how my day was. He then set us up with a good room & easy access to the car. He needs a raise for turning our teary eyed frustration into complete comfort & relaxation for the length of our stay. Please thank him again from us!”
