“Horrible customer service, tried charging my card 12 times 2 days before my stay, it denied because it was locked to prevent fraud, but they never called to say there was an issue. I called and unlocked the card, charged the room and relocked it. When we got there they charged us $20 to check in 2 hours early, to a room that way already clean and empty. “Great room for a passing through trip, we just needed one night and it was clean enough for that it's an older motel but the bed was soft. Air conditioner worked fine, 2 smaller bath towels is always annoying, why do hotels not understand hair and body drying needs?!? We did have to call to get someone to come check us in as lobby was locked but he came quickly, the door frame to the bathroom was gross but people are gross and I'm sure the housekeeping was rushed as usual and would get that...

“Unfortunately my stay was not peaceful due to unsupervised teenagers running rampant until 1 am. Security was called 3 times by 3 different guests and finally the adults with the group showed up. I had to threaten the kids and their chaperones that I would call the police if they didn’t get them under control.
