“Didn’t like staff service, unclean room, clogged bathroom sink, noisy and old air condition and surroundings.”

“If I could rate zero I would. Arrived late from airport. Gate was closed. Rang doorbell for 10 minutes but no one opened. It may be cheap but don't waste your money and your time. It is also a shady area with few streetlights. How others gave good ratings are beyond me.”

“We spent was amazing the night before government appointment. The staff was excellent and it was exceptionally clean. We ordered food twice and it was delicious. Will stay again on next trip.”

“Quiet, and so private it doesn't have any windows. Staff were nice, convenient room service delivery was always prompt. However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said it would. Good for short stays.”

“There was a rat in the ceiling awning The hotel had lots of homeless outside so it wasn’t safe to go anywhere after dark ”

“Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate ”

“Wi-Fi did not work. USB port did not work. Ac was very noisy. Was moved to another room in a higher floor and finally got wifi. USB ports once again did not work. Had to get an extension cord and plug it behind the tv to charge phone ”

“The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.”

“Great staff All very friendly. The security staff always looked to help and one of the ladies even offered to carry my bag down the stairs even though I am much bigger and did not take her up on it. Very sweet, the check in people, the greeters at breakfast, the guy at the omelet station hooked me up with great food made to order and the bakery made great bread and snacks. Big variety at breakfast. Always fresh fruit, yogurt, various Filipino options and traditional American options, usually...
