“The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access).”

“The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. The air conditioning was working properly on the top floor so it was very warm no fan was provided.

“Si estaba limpia, la ubicación es en todo el medio de Old Town (hay que subir y bajar escaleras) por cómo está counstruida la ciudad + no existen ascensores) la habitación está en segundo piso cosa que puede ser icomodo para subir y bajar cosas pesadas.
Pero está bien ubicada tienes todo cerca.
En comodidad es promedio, la cama no es increíble y tiene pocas almohadas, pero no es fatal. ”

“Great location in the centre, but is also quiet at night, though if you are in a front facing room you will hear them setting out tables in the Square from around 6ish.
The bed is extremely comfortable. The room we were in was very good. Staff were helpful.
The only things to be aware of are - breakfast. It is very poor in terms of quality and also its quite cold in terms of the welcome you get. No one says hello, shows you to a table etc for example. The granola is possibly the worst...

“The room was clean and tidy. It is in the old town in a great location. Slightly difficult to find for the first few days, but the old town is very compact with alleys and small streets which are lovelly and finding the room is part of the fun.
The room is on the top floor so a few stairs to to (3 or 4 flights)”
