“The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access).”

“The Seven Oaks Noble House is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. It is a relatively short walk to the hotel from the taxi stand by the Pile gate and there are only about 10 steps up to the hotel entry from the street. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. As the hotel is fairly new, there were thick paned windows and room darkening shutters. “Great location overlooking the water. As this is a converted villa, they do not have a front desk to check in. They use key codes to enable entry in the villa and your room. I did not know this until I arrived. Expedia sent me multiple emails while I was in flight and I did not have a chance to check emails when I touched down to get this info. Fortunately there was staff there to help me out. My room was large and modern. Very comfortable”

“Room was very clean and modern, had a small kitchen which was nice. Staff were helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Only downside is when asked to make up the sofa bed we were supplied with a duvet with a large brown-red stain on it and told there were no other duvets available.”

“It had almost everything you’d want (only lacking a microwave and espresso machine). Very convenient to ship and bus ports, and local bus stop to the Pile Gate. Very clean and very nice staff.”

“Great location in Lapad. Host is very friendly and gave us information about the bus route to old town and a tour of his garden. Sunset beach was less than 10 minute walk and the promenade has lovely restaurants and bars to explore. Service was elite!”

“Great location in the centre, but is also quiet at night, though if you are in a front facing room you will hear them setting out tables in the Square from around 6ish. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room we were in was very good. Staff were helpful. The only things to be aware of are - breakfast. It is very poor in terms of quality and also its quite cold in terms of the welcome you get. No one says hello, shows you to a table etc for example. The granola is possibly the worst...
