“Initially, we chose this property for the location because it is so central to all of the attractions everything is walkable and all the great shopping on King Street is just around the corner. We were very happy to find it was such a wonderful property. Certainly provided for all of our necessities and then some. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing enjoyable visit to Charleston.”

“We were a little underwhelmed when we stayed at the Dewberry. It is nice but not for the price you pay. We stayed at another hotel for 3 days before that & had impeccable service & rooms so maybe that is why but we didn't feel like there was anything really special about our room here. The location is far away from all the things we wanted to do, which was fine because we don't mind walking, but just something to note. The rooftop bar is a must & you get preferred access if you stay there...

“The room was fabulous! My only complaint would be the parking situation. My car was 1 inch too big to park at the hotel carousel, so we had to park at a nearby parking garage. That ended up being very expensive!! And I was afraid to walk back to the hotel from the parking garage by myself in the dark. ”

“The staff at the Restoration were extremely helpful and friendly. They made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast basket each morning was very nice and a great way to start the day. When we got back home, I hope to open our front door and it’s see a basket! Lol. A great service provided was the Jeep, which shuttled us around to the farthest places we went without actually having to get an Uber and allowed us to walk only half as much as we would have had to. “This is a great hotel. Clean, well appointed and staff is well trained and helpful. Daily breakfast ans wine a cheese are a nice added touch. I’ve stayed here a number of times. Only issue is the noise from air conditioning. Makes sleeping difficult. If that could corrected it would be prefect.”
