“This place is lovely, feeling like in family The personal is very friendly”

“Unclean room when arrived, asked for towels and I had to go find a housekeeper because the front desk manager never brought us any after I called. I had to go find a sweet housekeeper to come and clean our room. Upon arrival the staff didnt even know that the room wasnt cleaned and that it wasnt actually ready but checked us in anyways. Then no staff at check out or on site after hours. And the manager told us there was free breakfast and there actually was no breakfast in site at all so we left...

“Paid for a king size room and was stuck with a queen. No towels, only one blanket soni asked if they had an extra and they replied no. Verh poor experience 5/4/26 and this wasnt better. Would not recommend at all! Poor attitude and atmosphere.”

“The room was not kept well and dirty. The staff were really hard to get ahold of. Not the best experience. The air conditioning and the water pressure was amazing though!”

“Property advertised a pool but didn’t have one. Room doors barely locked. Dated and old furniture. Hall and room smelled musty and fishy. Bathroom door didn’t shut or lock. Didn’t look like carpet had been vacuumed in room for a long time. Found a used McDonald’s cup under the chair. A hair clip in the bathroom. Prepaid for two nights thru Expedia and left after the first night it was so bad. Couldn’t get a refund but had to go get another room and pay because it was so unbearable.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, as soon as we walked in we noticed the smell of cigarettes and something also, didn’t have enough towels and no toiletries, property is very outdated!”

“Bathroom was not well cleaned there was hair and dirt on the floor. We also requested extra towels on the second morning of our stay and did not receive them.”

El aire acondicionado también parece en mal estado, lo que hace incómoda la estancia desde el primer momento. 2. El piso estaba sucio y percudido, como si solo le pasaran un trapero sin una limpieza profunda. Esto es especialmente preocupante viajando con niños. 3. El estado general de hotel es viejo y...

“Horrible experience”

“The back patio was nice, had a seating area. The building was kind of updated (fresh paint) but overall needed some improvements. There was an odor in the hallway. No seating in the room other than the bed. It was difficult to find parking at night. The staff was great, no complaints there.”

“Beautiful hotel. Property is peaceful and quiet. Ended up staying an additional night. Breakfast rotated. First day we were there was waffles and biscuits and gravy. Second day we were there was pancakes. Room was large and relaxing. Air conditioner was quiet and worked well. Staff were all very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again.”
