Hotel vicino a Chinese American Museum of Chicago - Chicago

“Average hotel but few things: the lights in the room required to be lit singularly everywhere to get some light, very strange to not get them on in the evening after the entrance. Few extra steps required to access the floor of our room after the elevator, not tragic but strange and annoying when carrying heavy luggage. Recommended to use always the privacy card on the door to avoid the cleaning personnel entering your room at 9:00am, even the day of check out. No water bottle available in the...

“Visited this hotel as somewhere to stay during the Chicago marathon weekend. Visited with my son. Room was large with good facilities, clean and well maintained. Well located I. The Chinatown area of Chicago, good public transport links close by. Staff were all polite and helpful and breakfast was a very good start to the day. Would recommend”

“Clean room”

“The hotel is great, perfect location and surprisingly quiet. The room is beautiful and big. Cleaning could be improved, though. I found some hair in the shower. It was still there after I asked for additional cleaning. My main concern is about the hotel staff. It might be that it was a bad day, but they didn’t feel much friendly. It felt like they just wanted to handle the check-in quickly and not caring much about customers. When asking for room cleaning after I found hair in the shower, they...

“Prima colazione appena sufficiente. Comoda per la fiera . Condizionatore d’aria troppo rumoroso . ”

“Old property. Staircase in front with no ramp for luggage. No bell person to help or even try as they see people struggling with the luggage.”

“Please do not book this place, it is simply not worth it. I got held against another guest who did not pay their deposit and convinced me that she was waiting for someone outside who caused a scene and broke stuff. As result I am not getting my deposit back for something I had no control over. When cops showed up and heard both of our stories, they even said it was a definitely a scammy property. TKAE MY ADVICE PLEASE.”

“Struttura storica, tenuta egregiamente, hall meravigliosa, collegata molto bene rispetto ai principali punti di interesse.”

“Air conditioning worked poorly. Room never cooled down below 75 degrees. Room safe did not work. Room is sparse and lacked comfort. Quite a let down from other Marriott tribute properties.”
