“The room was dirty and the furniture was very worn and tatty. I checked in at 9 pm and the hotel was clearly pretty empty. Breakfast was very small and expensive. My son went golfing in the morning, but despite this very rude front desk staff member kicked me out of my room at 11am wanting to 50 GBP to stay another couple of hours. There were silverfish bugs in the bathroom. If you are used to higher standards, avoid this hotel.”

“Business/CPD trip. Everything i needed was on the premises. Staff on friday night were very busy, but always attend to your needs. Cottage was squeaky clean. Thank you sooo much! Lively and vibrant Pub (nice to see it so busy ☺️). Dinner and breakfast absolutely delicious. Service outstanding. Hope at some Point (er) 🐾🤩 i will have to come back. Thank you all the staff.”

“The grounds are stunning but the hotel itself is looking a bit tatty. We were given an accessible room, which didn’t seem that accessible to me! The plug sockets by the bed are not normal uk plugs. So you can’t plug a charger in (for me, I couldn’t plug my breathing machine in) The tv was on the wall, but had plastic covers over the wires which just looks messy.
