“I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. “The room was spacious and the veiw was amazing. 6 restaurant on the resort. The resort had 4 resident cats which hung out and staff took care of one was especially friendly, but are pets allowed for guest to bring I dont know. Plenty of amenities the spa was spectacular amd the boat tour was a blast. You really don't have to leave the resort for anything. I'm already planning when to go back.”

“Good place for one night stay. The down side is that if the neighbors in the back party, you will be in the party. The sound goes straight into your apartment.”

“The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.”

“Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. ”

“Staff was great. There was no coffee maker so Manager went and got one immediately, including filters. She was a great help with getting us rides from and to the airport. The location was the best!! Very short walk to the beach and to dozens of restaurants'. We will definitely return there. ”
