“The room was spacious and the veiw was amazing. 6 restaurant on the resort. The resort had 4 resident cats which hung out and staff took care of one was especially friendly, but are pets allowed for guest to bring I dont know. Plenty of amenities the spa was spectacular amd the boat tour was a blast. You really don't have to leave the resort for anything. I'm already planning when to go back.”

“I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. “Staff was great. There was no coffee maker so Manager went and got one immediately, including filters. She was a great help with getting us rides from and to the airport. The location was the best!! Very short walk to the beach and to dozens of restaurants'. We will definitely return there. ”

“La struttura e' in una posizione ottima, ha 5 mimuti piedi dal centro con tutti i servizi a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.Le camere sono un po' vecchie da aggiornare,ma pulite. la piscina piccola ma sufficiente per rilassarsi. il personale è molto gentile, alla reception Sharon è stata gentilissima la prima sera che siamo arrivati ci ha spiegato tutto anzi ci ha anche accompagnato in centro per farci vedere la zona, anche Mischel e Zack sono stati sempre gentili, come il resto delle persone...

“The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.”
