“Conosco molto bene questo hotel, era perfetto ma sono peggiorati tutti i servizi, non è più come prima, c’è una tale confusione nella reception, incapaci di lavorare i nuovi addetti , non risponde più a 5 stelle, un vero peccato. ”

“Hotel is in a perfect area. The resort is beautiful. They have a lot of restaurants. Nice sea overview. I had a swimup pool room, it was really nice. I only went in once. Was nice for the experience. Hotel staff were very helpfull. Because I requested a late checkout but it was not possible anymore because of an arrival they had for that room they offered me a place to store my bags and the possibility to stay at the resort and/ shower because our flight was 7pm. “Windjammer was just 'OK' compared to other resorts we've visited in the Caribbean. For the price, we were hoping something would stand out... but it didn't. Unfortunately, we only remember the negatives. Paid drinks (~US$15) are extremely watered down, most times witnessed [literally] a splash of alcohol on top of the mix - they could at least use a jigger! On-property beach solicitation was annoying and disruptive. Shuttle service spotty at best and became a hassle - good luck walking the...
