“Ottima struttura. Personale professionale e accogliente. Gli ascensori e la zona colazione dovrebbe essere più attenzionata per la pulizia. Nei dintorni della struttura c'è poco e il lavoro di rifacimento delle strade crea difficoltà di traffico. ”

“The Glen Club is always my go to hotel when staying near Chicago. I love its more private location because it feels like a quiet retreat away from the city. Every time we have stayed there it has been peaceful, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. With only 21 rooms, the boutique atmosphere makes it feel even more exclusive and relaxing. The hotel is consistently spotless, beautifully updated, and very well maintained, and the onsite restaurant is excellent. The only things I would love to see...

“The headboard was covered in dust, and the ice machine was broken. The girl at the desk was nice and check-in was easy. We wanted a cheap hotel for one night and this fit the bill perfectly. The breakfast options looked too weak to even investigate further. Parking was right outside our window, so that was nice. Would stay here again when visiting King spa.”

“Asked for a Room service twice in three days, the staff ignored. Had to use damped towels and uncleaned room. Please do not include the breakfast meal in your stay, Its a small cafe at the venue, has very less options. No Buffet Breakfast. They wanted to compensate the issue with a small snack from their cafeteria”

“Rooms are dated with old furniture, old appliances. Old carpet. Noise level high. None of staff in uniform, didn't appear to be a franchise run property, though it falls under Wyndham. You can get a much better place with just a few additional $.”
