“Nice stay”

“There was no back up toilet paper no hand soap. There was a glob of hair on the carpet by the bed. There was an animal scratching in the wall at night behind my bed. My room was 104, next to the reception fireplace. I went to the reception desk 2 times, called out and no one ever came. This was about 9am and 11am.”

“The stay was okay, but there’s some issue with the toilet that takes it forever to flush and stop running. I also didn’t like seeing hair on shower walls when we arrived. But, I did like how they return the incidental fee back to your card quickly.”

“It was a wonderful stay and would definitely return again.”

“We had a okay stay love the size of the room! We stayed there for three days and not once did they come and clean it. So we kept having to ask for more towels. Breakfast times were way too early. It would be nice to have breakfast til at least 10:30am for people who are on vacation. Outside of that staff was friendly except one lady at night time she was mad that I needed extra towels. I know bummer huh! But overall the room was very comfortable.”

“Room was exceptionally nice and clean. Very roomy. But most of all the managers were the best in the business. I’ve never been anywhere that managed was better. If I’m ever back in the area I will make it a point to stay there again.”

“Staff on the two nights was wonderful First room was a crappy fridge,2nd room tiles in bathroom was broken, mold on wall, 2 roaches..the Last night at 830pm we got moved again rooms pull out couch was damaged, drawers didn't stay shut. Only 1 ice machine top floor was working, no vending machine or heated pool as advertised.”

“When I returned to the hotel late Saturday, after dropping my bags off earlier in the afternoon, the power was out. The staff offered no assistance in getting me to my room on the third floor. I had to walk up and down the dark stairwell to get my luggage and secure other housing”

“I know a tornado came through and knocked out the internet, but it wasn't going to be available at all during my stay. The pool was not open, and I was told it had not been for a few years. For a studio, I expected at least some cups, plates, and silverware, and there was none of that. I was not impressed and left the facility earlier than I had reserved.”

“After checking into our non smoking room and giving the disclosure cash deposit. When up to the room which smelt of smoking plus had ash and trash on floor. Ask to change room. He did change it, but that room had trash all over it. Wrappers behind bed, tea cup on desk, bugs in corner. Canceled room and left at high speed.”

“Very nice smelled clean very comfy beds!!!”
