“The rooms were filthy. It was Hair. The tubes was dirty. The knob on the tube had broken before we got there. We told them to fix it. They did not. We asked for clean towels and sheets. They told us know we asked for our room to be clean they said they don’t clean the rooms we would like a refund.”

“Lovely historic property in downtown Mobile so the location is great. Recently updated room, very clean, nice quality linens. Unfortunately my room had no hot water at all. Water pressure was awesome, just very cold. I left hot water valve open for a while, hoping for at least Luke warm - nope, just cold water. ”

“Il motel è grande con camere spaziose anche se decadenti, come nel suo complesso tutto il complesso. Ad accoglierci in camera c'è un interessante odore di muffa e la tranquilla presenza di un piccolo animale in bagno. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. La connessione wifi è scadente. Unica nota positiva è la cortesia alla reception. La colazione sufficiente rispetto al complesso nel suo insieme. ”

“I’ve traveled a lot in my life, and rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel was awful. I do not recommend staying here. The building looked like it was slapped together in a rush. The floors were uneven all over, it made me feel very disoriented. The walls have cracks all over. I let my 8 month old crawl on the floor expecting it be clean.. and her knees and hands turned black after only a few seconds on the floor. There was an empty toilet paper roll on the holder, and the sink was clogged. I...

“They stole my property and lied about it. I had a brand new pack of knives that I left when they move me to another due to the condition of that room. Roaches were in the new room they moved me too so I left the hotel and went to another hotel. I left my snake skin belt on the chair went back and was told it was thrown away like they said was done with the knives. Are you suppose to hold customers property just in case they come for it? Mind you I checked out today so how you don’t have it?...

“Police presence throughout the night. Someone running and screaming in the hall ‘they are trying to kill me”. Called 911 x2. Front desk assistant manager Teyana (?) EXTREMELY rude hung up on me twice. Ordered staff silent as to what went on. We were up all night and because I booked through Expedia they did not offer a refund. We left as soon as the we could after the police had left the next morning. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Not safe. Not accommodating. Didn’t even offer...
