“Charming old hotel conveniently located just a few blocks from Dauphin street, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and amenities in walking distance. Staff is friendly and responsive.”

“On arrival the front desk staff greeted warmly and very professionally. This is a complete departure from our last visit. Everything was very clean and well organized (and decorated for Halloween, so cute!). Our room was very clean as well. I like when I enter a hotel room and it smells fresh and of cleaning products. We had our doubts because it of how our previous stay went, but I’m glad we decided to give this place another shot. ”

“We have a really big family so finding somewhere for all of us to stay as hard, but with the ages of our children, we are just not keen on the idea of them getting a separate room. Places like this are so helpful to us. The service was great, the breakfast was great, we would definitely stay there again.”

“The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However, we had to request creamer at the coffee bar. My daughter found the creamer in the cabinet underneath the coffee but staff told her she had to ask for it. That seemed peculiar. ”

“L’hôtel é nuovo e pulito. La piscina piccola ma pulita e la palestra è fantastica (tutta attrezzatura nuovissima). Peccato il personale per nulla cordiale e la colazione è un po’ scarsa ma in generale ok. ”
