“I've stayed here many times while traveling through Mobile. First, to give credit where it's due, I still consider this the best hotel in Mobile. That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, although on occasion I get the impression that some employees are not particularly happy to be there. The rooms are the biggest unknown. “The rooms had lots of roaches. One of the refrigerators needed defrosting because a drink was stuck in there. Trash underneath the beds. One dryer doesn't get hot took my $2.00 and the other u literally had to hold the door in order for the dryer to get hot. No ice on either floor and the drink machine wasnt working. The shower was warm water and nothing in the vending machines and NO POOL”

“Bed was comfortable, however bedding was not clean, had some food residue on comforter. Sheets were fine. It is not a great place if you are traveling with children. My mama gut was going off the charts. Not clean, the floor was sticky and I made my kids keep their shoes on until they were sitting on the bed. “This was the grossest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The floor was covered in random little puddles of some kind of weird wet goo. The bed smelled like throw up. We checked in just before midnight and were too tired to find another hotel or we wouldn’t have stayed. We checked out early and won’t be back.”
