Brand new, 3 bdrm, 2 bathroom apartment just is a short stroll from Christchurch CBD. Across from Hagley Park, Hagley Cricket Oval & easy walk to Christchurch Hospital. Take a short beautiful stroll along Otakaro/Avon River past our Earthquake memorial to Riverside Eateries, local bars and retail precient. Or explore the Botanical Gardens, visit the Museums and Art Centre. A perfect spot to explore all our beautiful city has to offer.
The space
As you enter the unit, you will be greeted by a spacious living room that features comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The living room also opens to a private front yard where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or dinner.

The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the necessary utensils and cookware for you to whip up a delicious meal. The dining and open plan living is perfect for enjoying your meals with family and friends.

Our outdoor area is situated in the front of the house and is perfect for an evening meal. You can enjoy spending time here in the afternoon sun around the 8 seater table.

The washing machine/dryer is situated in kitchen area and if you are looking for a eco friendly option please feel free to use the washing line and pegs provided. We provide eco friendly clothes washing detergent.

The 3 bedrooms are furnished with plush queen-sized bed, high-quality linens, and ample closet space for your belongings.

The bathrooms are modern and features a spacious walk-in shower, fresh towels, heated towel rails and complimentary toiletries. Meanwhile, our bidet toilet is designed to provide the ultimate in personal hygiene and comfort, with advanced features such as heated seats.

We stayed in the unit for 5 days over new years. We're a family of 6 and had plenty of room. The place was very clean and tidy, 3 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great showers! Parking is right outside on the street and we always managed to get a park. The location was perfect, with only a short walk to the park or to the river/ shops. We loved our stay and i would highly recommend..

We booked Aimee”s property with the cricket in mind at Hagley Park Oval and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The ground was less than 10 mins walk across the park. The Town Centre another 15 mins walk the other way. 3 story townhouse with
