“The most beautiful, modern hotel with amazing staff in downtown Louisville! I would definitely choose this hotel every time for future stays. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was perfect. Very clean and smells amazing. The rooftop restaurant/lounge served the BEST burger I’ve ever had, suggested by a gentleman at the front desk upon check in. ”

“Hotel was clean and exactly as listed! Breakfast was perfect with waffles, eggs, French toast, cereal, yogurt and various breads. The bar tender, Stephen, was amazing!!!! He offered suggestions as to some great places to visit and also made fantastic cocktails! This hotel was only a few blocks from 4th Street Live! Great place to stay! Will definitely be going back! ”

“Clean room, very nice staff when we checked in! We really enjoyed the bar in the lobby before the concert then definitely after with Zombie Taco and the bar still open until 1 AM. ”

“Breakfast was very good - loved being able to have freshly made eggs/omelets along with a good variety of other food and drinks. Enjoyed the property esthetic and the room was mostly nice. There was a random spot of something unidentifiable on the ceiling and some black finger marks above the bathroom slider closest to the beds. Staff was wonderful and the check in/check out process was very smooth and quick.”

“Location was amazing ! Swizzle was phenomenal! All staff was wonderful. Our room was very musty unfortunately and our pull out couch had food crumbs in it. We also had to ask for more linens so that our kids could use the pullout as there was none. When we asked for more we were given one sheet and light blanket and one pillow . The room was stocked and clean otherwise. But musty was consistent..”
