Nous avons mangé comme des princesses! Les repas sont succulents et choix variés. La chambre etait bien et les lits plus confortables qu’à la maison! Le personnel est au petit soin!

Unfortunately there was a lot of seaweed as I learned that this is the season for it on the East Side of the island. The food was average. Coffee was pretty much unavailable after café closes at noon.

My first time staying at this resort was pleasant. pros the resort was clean and peaceful the view of the beach was lovely. Food was ok needed a little improvement my best meal was breakfast. Cons this resort definitely needs room service! the first day I woke up to my room being soaking wet water was dripping from the ceiling on to the floor and the beds due to the dehumidifier not being emptied but the staff was very accommodating and clean and fixed everything pretty quickly.

The breakfast was really nice, wish there was more food options and activities at night but overall enjoyed my stay. Some property needs work but they are doing renovations so they should be back to normal. staff nice and helpful!

There was only one bar serving the whole resort. They were short on staff.. the food was ok, but they only had one restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. The room were clean, some of the staffs were real friendly and helpful, but I am not sure if they are going through a transition, it seems like they are short on staff, and most of their employees were handling multiple tasks and jobs..

Most staff were friendly but others were constantly grouchy and argumentative with other staff members in front of guests. Bar was well stocked. Breakfast was excellent. Activities were very few.

This was our first all-inclusive experience and we were not disappointed. I wish that staff did a better job with clearing the sargasm, I also wish that there was more food availability besides the two options that were there. The coffee was honestly lacking flavor, but we drink it and we're happy to be in a place we had never been. Staff were very kind; additionally, I wish that room service was available for moments when we did not feel like getting up to go eat but would have liked to relax in our room. The overall appearance of the facility was very clean with the exception of people throwing their trash everywhere which was kind of annoying but not the facilities fault.

Restaurants/bars advertised during booking were not all open. Staff was amazing! Food was okay. Not a lot of options. Out of the hotel's control, but couldn't get on the water at the hotel due to large quantities of seaweed. Had to drive to other beaches to get in the water. We were advised of a resort power outage via text from the resort. It was to happen the next day for several hours. We communicated with some shareholders that were on the property and we were provided with a nice note, a bottle of champagne and vouchers for a local casino. That was nice

My room was filthy and had to be changed, the Italian restaurant was not available and that was one of the reasons why I booked that particular resort. The hot tub wasn’t working properly and it was full of bugs. There was only one bar and the food wasn’t very good.

The website is false and misleading, only one pool and only 1 bar and the Italian restaurant is closed for good because it’s now an event center for the casino! Your only options are buffet with no gluten free options as they advertise! You have food at the bar when the lazy chef feels like cooking, the bartenders are awesome kinda felt bad for them to have to listen to everyone complaining about the awful resort! The gym and mini golf (only thing they offer) is outdated and disgusting, too bad because we love Divi but this changed our minds forever
