La tua villa appartata e collinare di 1580 mq si trova su un ettaro di lussureggiante paesaggio tropicale; la linea di proprietà è National Park fino al mare! La piscina blu piastrellata, a picco sul mare, è privata e invitante. Condividi i cocktail serali o il caffè del mattino a bordo piscina, con vista sui Caraibi e sul vasto Salt River, dove Columbus è sbarcato nel Nuovo Mondo ... mentre guardavi tranquillamente cervi a 20 metri di distanza. Ogni Master Suite ha letti king size, lenzuola di lusso del 2018, balcone privato e bagno completo. Viste delle BVI e di St. Thomas da ogni stanza ... in una notte limpida, le luci di St. Thomas scintilla all'orizzonte, a 45 miglia di distanza. Completamente ristrutturato con cucina completamente attrezzata, mobili Tommy Bahama, a / c in tutto, WIFI attrezzato, 55 pollici a LED in camera grande e TV a LED 32 pollici in ogni camera da letto, tutti w / DVD e rete piatto. 10 minuti per le immersioni a rinomate spiagge di Cane Bay e immersioni, tour in kayak o rumrunner sul porto di C'sted ... ma un mondo lontano dal trambusto ... vieni in paradiso per condividere la strada a St. Croix

Perfect private getaway

This place is the perfect size for one or two couples. My husband and I were celebrating our 22nd anniversary and this place was beautiful with an excellent view. It was central to all the places we wanted to go and just a short drive to our favorite restaurant, Rowdy Joe’s. The pool was nice and cold. We had everything we needed to feel right at home.

The Landings

My Husband and I try to visit every year to enjoy all this island has to offer and visit out daughter who is a resident. We have stayed at this house many times. It is clean, private, and quiet with lovely views. It has everything you need. A home away from home. A great location, close to grocery stores, the North Shore, and Christiansted.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Perched atop a hilltop overlooking the Salt River and the ocean, it has amazing views. Home is fully equipped for a great stay. It’s location allows for easy access to both Christiansted and Frederiksted. Carl and Sandy are great and had every detail covered. I highly recommend this property.

Had an incredible stay in St Croix, the island was just the right pace for our much needed get away.The house was a perfect fit for us with the two master suites, there was more than enough space for my wife and I, and our 2 college age daughters. - Amazing View- Wonderful Deck & Pool- Very Clean- Great Central Location w/easy access to all parts of the island- Everything needed to have a stress free time while on island. (Beach Chairs, Coolers, Speaker, sun screen, and more)We’ve had the opportunity to travel to several destinations and stay in several homes through VRBO, Carl makes you feel like your staying at a friends house vs a guest in a strangers home. If we return to St Croix we’ll ask to stay here again and have recommended it to a few friends already.

Truly a Slice of Paradise

Fantastic home with everything you could possibly need including a pool! Centrally located to make the drive easily to any of the wonderful beaches, restaurants & shops. The owner Carl, & his team Sandy & David, were terrific to work with & quickly responsive to any questions that came up. This house has amazing views & was so relaxing & peaceful it was hard to leave! We will definitely be back to enjoy one of the "best kept treasures" on the island. Thank you Landings team!

Pretty close to perfection

The property was perfect for our stay and would even have been great with another couple as well. The layout of the house is fantastic and they really did think of everything. No need to overpack! When you walk in and see that view….WOW! It was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed breakfast outside most mornings and enjoyed relaxing on the patio at the end of the day as well.Carl was great at communicating with us and giving information when requested. We highly suggest this place for your next stay. Thanks for having us!

We’ve rented this property multiple times over an 8 year span. The view is spectacular, the house immaculate and the location about perfect. Communications with the new(ish) owner was excellent. We keep coming back because the alternatives would almost certainly be a disappointment. Why try and improve on perfect?

Overall wonderful house

This was a very nice property. Stayed for two weeks and the photos are a great depiction of the property. We had everything we needed and Sandra met us at the road leading to the property. It was very private, the house was clean and quiet. We would recommend it for one or two couples. One suggestion would be to add a second chaise lounge chair on the deck. We cannot say enough great things about our experience so I'll try and keep it short. The interactions with the hosts were probably our favorite part, and that's saying a lot considering the incredible views and amazing accommodations. - Location: Awesome. Short drive to Christiansted. Short drive from the airport. Short drive to some great beaches. Picturesque views - Accommodations: Comfortable, classy, and felt like home the second we walked in. Beauty, seclusion, and "vibe like no other!"

The cottage was perfect for my co-worker and I during a week long work trip to St. Croix. The team managing the property was so amazing--hospitable, generous, and communicative. My colleague needed a secluded and secure feeling space, while I needed a chill place to have a morning cup of coffee and a base camp for our daily work all around the island. The Landings--cottage, landscape, and team served every need. We had fabulous recommendations from Carl and Sandy on places to eat, beaches to visit, and the house felt close to everything despite being tucked away on a hilltop. The internet was great for work on site, linens and everything beach related was provided! We will surely be back the next time we're working in VI!

The Landing Villa - Estate Montpellier East

We were very happy with our stay at The Landing Villa. The layout was great for the two couples in our party. The location was convenient; we always felt safe on the property. The villa was well equipped and furnished; the beds were comfortable. The view of of Salt River Bay from the deck was beautiful. Sandy met us at the airport and escorted us to the property. She was very helpful and charming, with suggestions and recommendations. The property manager was easy to communicate with and prompt to reply to any questions. The water in the pool was too cold to be comfortable for us during our January stay; a pool heater would be a nice improvement. We would stay at this property again.

Stunning!

Such a beautiful property with an incredible view for our honeymoon! Carl was very attentive and provided a lot of details before we arrived, making me feel way more comfortable going somewhere I had never been. Sandy met us at the airport, waited while we got our rental car, led us to the house and to the grocery store. I am so grateful! Driving on the wrong ;) side of the road was intimidating at first, but it was super helpful to follow her! I did get the hang of the driving pretty quick. The house was perfect, you could hear the neighbors (not loud at all) but you couldn't see them. The pool and view were wonderful! Watch out, the tiles are slippery and sharp. Carl and Sandy were very thoughtful and made us feel special! Can't wait to come back someday (not in June though (humidity!)... maybe January lol

Everything we hoped for!

We stayed here for our 15th anniversary and it was everything we were hoping it would be. Carl (owner) and Sandy (property manager) made this a great experience! Sandy met us at the airport and was so patient as we waited over an hour for our luggage and rental car. Then we followed her to the grocery store where she waited for us to get groceries. Once we arrived at the rental she showed us all we needed to know. They even had a bottle of champagne for us to celebrate our anniversary. Carl reached out to us the next morning to make sure everything was just the way we needed it. The rental had everything we needed. They had beach chairs and snorkeling gear that we used often. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. The view from the pool area was unbelievable! The house does have homes on both sides but separated by trees and it felt very private. There were many restaurants and beaches very close by. Carl has a rental guide at the house with great recommendations. Our favorite spot was Cane Bay. Great snorkeling, wonderful views and good food. Another favorite of ours was the boardwalk in Christiansted. Many good restaurants and shops. This was a great vacation for us and highly recommend St. Croix and this rental property!

We felt like we were heaven

My partner and I stayed here for about a week. It was amazing. Lots to do, just a short drive and back to this beautiful property to enjoy the pool in the afternoons and evenings.

Perfect in every way

What a great place to stay! Awesome view, very clean and comfortable, and relaxing pool. The house is well stocked and well cared for. Sandy, the property manager, was very kind and we were welcomed with some nice snacks and drinks. It appears that previous guests leave behind various sunscreens and non - perishable food ideas (cooking oils, spices, coffee, etc) which is great. Everything was in good working order. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay here. We’ve stayed at several different VRBO properties and this one (as well as Sandy and Carl) was one of the best. Highly recommend!

I didn't want to leave!

The property offered all the comforts of home! The thoughtful gifts (snacks and bottles of Melee cocktails) from our host were much appreciated and enjoyed! Sandra, the property manager, met us at the airport and escorted us to the property, she is awesome! We had a couple of very minor requests that were taken care of ASAP. Communication and responsiveness is on point. The home had everything that we needed and more! We would love to come back! Thank you!!!

What a great place to stay in St Croix! Every TV ing is as described and more! Owners have thought of everything- no lacking of amenities. Great for 2 couples or small family. More than enough space. Awesome place to stay, perfect location

Snorkeling all week, 15 minutes to Cane Bay and the Wall, great local open air bars and BBQ less than a mile away. Jack and Issac’s was magical. Nights sitting out on the deck - awesome. Love this place. Sandy was super helpful. Entire island is very friendly and low key. They thought of everything. USB charger ports on plugs by the nightstand. Best VRBO Experience Yet!

This property is the best 'home away from home' we have experienced in our global travels. We have stayed in dozens of VRBO properties around the world and this house tops them all. From the view, to the 'little things' in the kitchen, to even small laundry baskets on wheels, Carl and Sandy have thought of everything to make your stay stress free. Sandy was great to meet at the airport and was very helpful navigating our frustration of the airline losing our luggage for a day (on a direct flight). We had a small incident the first night with one of the AC units not having freon and it was taken care of the next day, even during the week of Christmas! I could go on and on about all the little things that were great, from the beach chairs, cooler, toiletries, etc. but the biggest reason to rent this property is the people. Sandy and Carl went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even going as far as offering to extend our stay in case our flight was cancelled (as so many have been during the holidays). St Croix is a lovely island with wonderful people and Sandy and Carl are shining examples of this hospitality.
