The space
Villa Magli is a spacious family estate that includes a villa and guest house with 7 beds & 7 baths on four acres. The expansive layout is perfect for connecting with yourself and your loved ones without sacrificing the privacy you deserve.

Guests have access to the entire estate. Utility and cleaning closets are staff-only spaces.

This property is a premier partner of Isla Vita Vi Luxury Concierge. While staying at this property, you’ll have access to opting into luxury amenities for a small extra cost.

Option 1: Full Service Concierge Planning ($900)
Concierge can plan and book vehicles, excursions, restaurants, private chefs, charters and other exciting local experiences. When opting into this feature, your group will also receive a custom itinerary and itinerary reference guide.

Option 2: Finders Fee ($200)
If you feel that your group only needs help with 1-2 things and an itinerary isn’t necessary, concierge can also assist you with almost any request.

Option 3 (can be combined): Grocery Delivery/Stock ($250)
A grocery list is sent to concierge no later than 7 days prior to your arrival. The groceries will be shopped for, delivered and put away. (Including alcoholic beverages) Cost of groceries is due within 48hrs of arrival. Please note this option must be opted into with at least 30 days notice prior to your arrival.

Option 4 (can be combined): Event planning ($2,000-$4,500) scaled based on needs. Please inquire for more detail.

The maximum guest count is 14, including children. *Please inquire regarding children as exceptions may apply.
No overnight guests beyond those booked in your group.
Electricity is prohibitively expensive on St. Croix so windows and doors must be closed when the AC is on. The temp should be no lower than 75, or the condensers will overload and burn out.
Trash pick-up occurs every (Isla Vita to insert schedule). Place trash bags into the outside bins and secure lids. Don't place trash next to the bins.
Pool cleaning is 1-2x per week. The pool tech will let himself into the pool area. Takes about 20 minutes.
No glassware by the pool! Plastic outdoor cups and melamine outdoor dinnerware are provided for use by the pool.
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside on this property. No exceptions. Evidence of smoke inside the rooms will incur a $500 charge per room for remediation.
Babies and children are welcome, but the property is not child-proofed. Families should use their discretion when booking.
Please be aware that the tile throughout the property is slippery when wet.
