“Old rooms need renovating, shower mouldy, No lift only stairs no good for back injury ”

“The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed probably for months. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and accomodating which made my stay nice. Also, the lighting in the rooms are very poor”

“This place is great all round and we've stayed here a number of times - and will continue to do so. The only let down is the breakfast is very basic - no choice of eggs, just scrambled and the dinners are a little pricey, so not great value for money. But there are good restaurants within walking distance.”

“The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne. Thank you.”

“The property was generally clean and had all the basics but only one frying pan. The couch was terribly uncomfortable and only seated 2 persons. The location was ideal for our requirements and the underground parking was great. ”

“Rooms are very old and dated. Paint peeling and ancient aircons that squeal. Had a very unpleasant experience with the owner. After a sleepless night with a squealing air conditioner I requested a refund or new room via text as there is no one onsite and no one answered the phone. I was notified by text to move to a new room. Upon getting into the new room I discovered the door seemed to be locked from the inside yet could be pushed open without turning the handle from the outside due to the...

“it's basic accommodation which is a little dated but provides value for money in a location that is very suitable for me, with an abundance of parking readily available. Nice and friendly, personalised and caring. ”
