“The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed probably for months. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and accomodating which made my stay nice. Also, the lighting in the rooms are very poor”

“The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne. Thank you.”

“The room was spacious and comfortable enough. Had everything I needed for a simple night. Parking was free in the parking garage on request. There was a long corridor in the bedroom section which was unused space - perhaps meant for a desk? But there was no desk there so it seemed like a strange wasted space. I was on a rear-facing ground floor room and the outside area was small, had a chain link fence and rubbish along the fence line so was somewhat unappealing. I would suggest requesting...

“Rooms are very old and dated. Paint peeling and ancient aircons that squeal. Had a very unpleasant experience with the owner. After a sleepless night with a squealing air conditioner I requested a refund or new room via text as there is no one onsite and no one answered the phone. I was notified by text to move to a new room. Upon getting into the new room I discovered the door seemed to be locked from the inside yet could be pushed open without turning the handle from the outside due to the...
