“Rooms were very clean, even in nooks of vanity. Every staff member we encountered were friendly, Thank you. We didn’t eat the breakfast so we can’t rate it. But looked average or better from our peak. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we are in the area.”

“I booked my wife into a handicapped room because she cannot use the toilet or bath without having a handicapped accessible bathroom. When she went to go to the bathroom, the toilet was not flushing toilet paper, or any bodily waste. When we asked the front desk for assistance the person said she would get someone to fix it. We waited 3 hours and no one ever came. When we called the front desk again, the person told us there was no maintenance person available untill the next day. She...

“Checked in with staff first day of visit, we're not friendly and did not update about any pool closures. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. Pool was closed for the season, which is why we chose this hotel with no notices anywhere to guests other than on the pool. Informed staff of room issues and none were addressed. Would not...

“I had written a review of the night I checked in because I was given a king size room versus the two queens that I had reserved. The manager did work on this in the morning and make it right so I do appreciate that. They’re just a couple of issues one being the coffee maker wasn’t working And so you were directed to use the coffee maker in your room. The breakfast selections were very minimal. And the icemaker on the second floor was not working so you had to go to the third or the fourth floor....

“Only one complaint. We booked an allergy free room (no feathers, no pets). I am allergic to both. She booked us with no issues. We get there and the front desk person said that all of their rooms are pet friendly. Big issue for someone with allergies. I love dogs but I am allergic. We should have been told up front that they can’t accommodate us!!!!!!!”

“Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water”
