“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“The hotel did not meet our expectations. It looked much more impressive in the photos than it does in reality. The location is very remote, far from the bus stop, with nothing to do except the golf course and tennis courts. There are no activities or facilities for children. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast and dinner buffet—they were far too expensive and not affordable for us.
