“The place itself is unique, very quiet amazing views all around, very clean inside the apartment and the place is very nice, the owners are amazing, kind , lovely people, can’t wait to visit them again, we can highly recommend it to anyone interested visiting this part of the country. “Very nice room with sea view, unfortunately very steep stairs to get there and as suffering mobility issues, not the best, although staff were not aware. Breakfast excellent, and evening meal for 7 highly commented on favourably, hot plates and food. Unfortunately a bout of food poisoning occurred overnight, although the source cannot be confirmed but suspected. Would recommend and stay again. Chair to be placed in room in September after renovations will be a bonus.”

“I had a really wonderful time staying here. The breakfast was very tasty, the garden was beautiful and I felt really looked after. I would definitely come back again! Only small issue was the parking. Luckily it is not busy so there is parking at the back but I can feel this might come to issue since it's a small car park and you dont want to park on the side of the road but tbh this is very minor and it's a bit nitpicking as I have really enjoyed my stay.”

“Clean, modern facilities in a quaint setting. Continental breakfast was very pleasant. The hosts were great folk. So much more an enjoyable experience than a corporate hotel for us.”

“There was a warm welcome from the proprietor, who checked us in and showed us to our room. The tea/coffee was special with sachets of both tea and coffee from local suppliers. The Hotel has a coffee shop and all cakes, scones and bread are prepared on site. Delicious. There is an honesty bar for alcohol and other beverages on the landing. The breakfast menu once more consisted of a variety of hot and cold options prepared in house including the chefs bread. Bampton is a great centre for walking...
