“Il primo impatto non è stato positivo dato che l’Hotel ha assolutamente bisogno di una rinnovata, le stanze sono vecchie e i bagni orribili…però da subito lo stato dell’Hotel passa in secondo piano rispetto al luogo in cui si trova e i servizi di cui dispone! Due piscine riscaldate, una Vasca idromassaggio, tutto pulitissimo, personale gentile e disponibile. La colazione è inclusa è ottima, abbiamo pranzato in Hotel e abbiamo mangiato benissimo. “Villa di campagna inglese molto bella con giardino. La nostra camera era di quelle piccole ma spaziosa a sufficienza con letti singoli comodi. Bagno pulito e dotato dei comfort necessari anche se non molto spazioso. Colazione eccellente, ricca di prodotti freschi cucinati sul momento. Parcheggio in loco di fronte alla struttura. Malgrado la posizione isolata, si puo' raggiungere Exeter in 15 minuti su strade comode da percorrere.”

“Such a warm welcome. A friendly, comfortable home-from-home in the most beautiful location, right by the beach. We were lucky enough to stay in the family suite which has 2 bedrooms & a bathroom - much nicer than all squeezing into one hotel room! Delicious & very generous breakfast. Our children loved the owners dogs! Thank you, we will return if in the area”

“The property was clearly undergoing a transformation and only partly ready for the public. However the bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the breakfast was very good. Some nice touches make the stay a step above the ordinary. ”

"A place to be when you have kids and do not fancy to splash into the cold waters of the Riviera: the swimming pools at TLH are cool! And the one indoor is warm too. Conveniently located near the seafront, and lical gardens and Torre Abbey. Easy distance to churches, shops and restaurants. Food is ok but reasonably priced. Kids go free and we say Thank You. I appreciate the rooms NOT being serviced every day because guests must be responsible of keeping their space tidy anyway. The only 🚫🚫 is the lack of bins to differentiate trash: it's 2025 and a sustainable clean behavior must not go on holiday but be encouraged by adding due bins. "
