Shame on Hotels.com for even listing this place. And shame for them not protecting their users by refunding themselves.”

“The property is exactly as described. Very nicely appointed, perfectly clean and in a good location. It can be noisey at the weekend due to its proximity to a nightclub, but it didn't affect us during our weekend stay. We would certainly return again.”

“This was our 3rd stay at the Muntham Appartments (6th stay with Torquay holiday Lettings in total) & was fantastic as always. Grant & Adam always make us feel very welcome and valued guests. Our room was spotlessly clean as always and stocked with the essentials, as well as some lovely treats too. Brody (our doggie) is always happy staying here, he’s supplied with useful throws/towels etc. as well as some tasty treats and lots of affection from both Grant & Adam and is always excited to see...
