It was cold when I got there, it would have been nice if the heating could have been put on before arrival. The floor is freezing - bring slippers. “Simon was a very polite host but we had a few issues with our stay. The apartment is near a nightclub and on one night had to pass our way through the crowd to enter. It wasn't just the noise from the nightclub but also pigeons in /behind the bedroom wall which made it very hard to sleep. We told Simon who kindly offered us another room but at that point we'd decided to leave early. Whilst the place was clean and tidy it had poor shower pressure, limited storage and a faulty TV. Beautiful sun deck outside, fabulous for pets, ( As we took our Labrador ) I can’t say and praise enough about this property accommodation. Dartmouth is glorious and beautiful and the location is a stone throw from beautiful beaches. We will recommend to everyone. ”
