“Location was excellent.. communication was in time and valuable We had a nice family stay”

“Great location, but some room for improvement Great location, just a stone’s throw from the main beach in Torquay. The flat had all the amenities we needed for cooking, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the stay down. The dining table only seats two people, despite the flat accommodating four. This meant our children had to sit at the table while we ate standing at the kitchen counter. Although the toilet looked clean, there was a noticeable smell of urine. The...

“Pet friendly ”

“It was 10 out of 10 for us Beautiful barn conversion.”

“Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea. Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities. A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before.”

“Smelt strongly of damp on entering communal corridor. Flat seemed ok but lots of road noise due to front window not sealing when closed. Was better when i went outside and pushed it closer. Swivel chair bases rusted badly. Sweeping brush was digusting and covered in muck and fluff before we used it. Bathroom radiator rusty, squeegies were covered in black mold. Extractor fan not working. Wardrobe had little space as full of boxes ironing board and clutter. ”

“Great room if you can survive the 6 flights of stairs lol - you are warned but it’s 6 not 3. Lovely clean place but take ear plugs as the Wetherspoons next door are there bottling up early.”

“Flat 3 was a lovely room, just what I needed after a rough few weeks. Everything was in walking distance, 10 mins to the sea front, will definitely use this company again.”

“Very nice spacious apartment Lovely views and great location Car park is very small and tight Above a pub so can be noisy The pubs kitchen fan is on the balcony which is quite loud so not a very peaceful sit on the balcony Lots of kitchen essentials and games Comfy beds!”

“Great location, lovely flat”

“Very well situated, as we travelled down by train, the station is just over the road. Plenty of room and very well equipped.”

“Lovely big apartment with great views. Very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable. Only comment would be that if more people were staying a few more chairs on the balcony may be needed. Otherwise no complaints at all.”

“Everything was fine overall, great apartment, great location, friendly housekeeper. However, before travel look after a message requesting a deposit, we noticed that the Hotels.com app indicated the deposit and taxes were included, which turned out not to be the case. As a result, I had to make the payment through a separate website. We left the apartment clean and tidy, and the deposit was refunded within a few days.”

“Property was spacious and nicely decorated but unfortunately not the cleanest or well soundproofed with flats above and below. The views made up for it but various Crockery and saucepans had to be cleaned before use, rooms were a bit dated with paint chipping off walls in the bathroom and the brambles on the driveway and path leading up-to the property could also do with cutting back. Having said that great location for visiting the beaches and could never tire of the view it gives you.”

“Fantastic property and great communication from the host. Location is great, pub and cafe within a couple of minutes walk and allocated parking makes life very easy as so close to property. Would definitely recommend.”

“Well presented quiet apartment, beautifully clean, super comfy king size bed, great location close to the Byes, 5 minutes walk to town and 10 minutes to the beach, great hosts, highly recommend”

“We've just returned from a 9 day stay in this property in Westward Ho! The property is exactly as described, and very accurate to the images - in fact we found the views even better in real life than the photos here. The flat was very well equipped and is in an excellent location with the beach, pubs, bars and shops all a few minutes away. Communication with the owner was straightforward and effective, and access instructions very clear.Overall very highly recommended.”

“A great location. Co-op on the corner. Directly opposite the National Express/Flixbus bus stop. The Exeter bus station is less than a 5 minute walk. Vue Cinema about a 90 second walk from the rear entrance. The room is sufficient, but basic. Plenty of storage- short on coat hangers, but two large pull out drawers and a storage surface above them. Plenty of other shelving though also to use. Desk provided with also under desk drawers. I had no problem with the amount of storage provided. There...
