“We were unable to contact to let them know our time of arrival as nobody answered the phone. When we arrived nobody from the hotel was there so we called the number on the door which was answered. After a short while somebody turned up to let us in ,but there was some confusion over the booking as the diary was not available, however we were shown up to our room via an outside metal staircase. “I found the hotel perfect for a short stay in Torquay. Only a 10 minute walk to the seafront and free parking just outside the entrance. I had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning with some extra treats. Really friendly place and I'm going back there in the summer. I'm using the hotel as a base to meet my friends who return to Torquay twice a year.”
