“Staff helped me with arranging late check-in and seemed quite friendly and professional. Parking is convenient with on site parking. The room looked clean but unfortunately there were roaches, so I left in the middle of the night. If it wasn’t for this bug incident, taking into account friendliness of staff and the room’s superficial condition I would have given it 5 stars.”

“The property is conveniently located near many Brisbane suburbs. But if you have anything you want to do in the city center, it's best to take a commuter train in. As for the room itself, it was clean-ish, but the carpet was sticky. The bed was fine. There's a very basic suburban bar attached to the hotel with decent food. The staff of the hotel are all super friendly.”

“The reception staff was bright and caring and ready to assist with all our needs. The only down side was that there was nothing in our room to tell us where to eat or best places to eat close to the accomodation. Other than that I would stay there again if I needed to be in that area.”

“Parking was easy. Check-in was difficult as hours were limited and their phones didn’t work to discuss later check-in arrangements. Check out was 10:00, but was asked to return the keys by 9:30.. Room was cute and historic looking. Breakfast is lack lustre. Real eggs and butter vs “spread” would have made all the difference. Similar priced, but nicer places are nearby. Look around first. ”

“Very central but would ask for park side apartment as it would be quieter. Staff were friendly and the facilities good. Would stay again when visiting Ipswich.”

“Quiet, clean, spacious and in a handy location. Was a little hard to find initially, but once there lots of parking. Staff were very courtious.”
