Hotel all inclusive a Ciceron

“Food, drinks and entertainment were impeccable. Service lacked. Staff was very forgetful. It started with check in. First the front desk personal was unable to find my reservation, then I was told my room wasn't ready, it was 5:30pm. I just took a 4 1/2hr flight and 2hr car ride. Hotel check in starts at 3pm, I didn't understand how 2 1/2hrs later my room was still unavailable. I was told to sit in the lobby area and wait or I can go get a drink at the bar. “Beautiful view. Staff is very nice. The beach is very private and beautiful. You have to take a ferry to get to the property which runs all day and is only a 2 minute ride. Overall it is paradise and I would high recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation without too many people around.”

“The views at Windjammer Landing are outstanding, the staff friendly and the amenities great. The gym has Peleton bikes which we loved so pack your clip ons. There are treadmills, an elliptical, stationary bike and a rowing machine. You have a few weight machines, lots of free weights and an enclosed studio with mats etc. The staff don't seem to be able to keep up with towel supplies, fresh fruit or wet towels for wipe down so bring your own.
