Hotel all inclusive in St. Lucia

“Conosco molto bene questo hotel, era perfetto ma sono peggiorati tutti i servizi, non è più come prima, c’è una tale confusione nella reception, incapaci di lavorare i nuovi addetti , non risponde più a 5 stelle, un vero peccato. ”

“We had an amazing trip to Serenity. The staff is there to help with whatever you need. Our butler was great. He helped plan our excursions and book our dinners every night. He was always present but not intrusive. The room was wonderful. The outside gazebo and plunge pool were relaxing and a nice getaway from others. I would recommend breakfast in your room every morning. Also spend time at the pool and bar - you will meet great people - both the staff and visitors. I would recommend this...
