“Conosco molto bene questo hotel, era perfetto ma sono peggiorati tutti i servizi, non è più come prima, c’è una tale confusione nella reception, incapaci di lavorare i nuovi addetti , non risponde più a 5 stelle, un vero peccato. ”

“Struttura vecchia e decadente. Materasso avvolti nella plastica per evitare il degrado, diventando fonte di sudore notturno. Bagni docce di almeno 25 anni. Personale eccellente. Non è stato offerto upgrade che spettava con servizio VIP”

“Our host Sam was amazing. Whenever we needed something she was there. After our week in Rodney Bay we headed to Soufries to our next Vrbo and whenever we had a question Sam responded even though we were done with our stay at her place. Such a wonderful person. The home was very well kept and great for walking to the beach and close walk to lots of restaurants. Good beds and comfortable couch. Pool was great. “Overall our stay was ok, the outdoor area of the property was nice but the house itself needed help. No hot water at all in the kitchen and hardly any hot water for showers. No ac in the kitchen and living area. The stove was very poor condition and the oven went out during a meal we were preparing! Overall it seemed that the electric system needed help, don’t know if it’s just old or improper design. The host Mervin did try to resolve most issues but some were beyond his control. “The resort is phenomenal! A beautiful view from every villa whether on the beach o in the mountains. The staff was so nice from the front when you checked in to the bar and every restaurant. Great food and dinners at all the restaurants onsite. We have a daughter with Celiac and every meal was delicious for her. We loved it for our family of four and would definitely go back!”
