“We have stayed here several times and this is the first time I could not give 5 stars. We truly love staying here, there is so much to like. However, the following are genuine observations versus criticism and meant to help with keeping this a great place to stay. 1. “boutique style experience . wonderful ocean front view. they have social hour with free beer, salsa/chips, firepit outside free continental and hot breakfast Nespresso in room for great coffee access to free beach chairs/ towels The staff who checked us in was very pleasant and warm. Unfortunately I forget her name They have a nice pool outdoor also”

“We stayed here two nights for a concert in Dewey Beach. The room was small but since we were not at the hotel much that didn’t matter. Amenities were as expected and parking was easy. There is no elevator so we had to carry suitcases up the stairs but this wasn’t a huge issue. Would stay here again!”
