“Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement. ”

“We were given room near the breakfast corner on the ground floor. It was too noisy past midnight. People thought pizza for dinner and ate, talked late into the night. The non tesla charger worked on QR code which was not explained properly by the front desk while checking in. Avoid rooms on the ground floor near breakfast nook.”

“The breakfast was the same every day and offered very limited choices. The rooms were not very appealing and felt more like a basic travelers’ lodge than a comfortable hotel. The hallways were also not very clean, which made the overall appearance of the hotel less inviting. Overall, the property could benefit from better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and more variety in the breakfast options.”
