“Main room is too dark! Needs an overhead or wall light. Sensor lights in bathroom are not a good idea-you don’t want the lights coming on when someone uses the bathroom at night. We taped a facecloth over the switches and that worked. Gym was excellent. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The person who picked us up at the airport had a poor attitude and did not help us with the luggage at all. We were traveling with two children and had to handle all the bags ourselves, which made the arrival stressful and uncomfortable. “It was my second time booking a room at this hotel. It was perfect. This time I used the transportation service to the airport it was really good. They have a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were great. The front desk staff were very friendly with my dog.”

“Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement. ”

“A very good business/ travel hotel. Check in, rooms, restaurant, ok. It is just in the middle of nowhere. But for people arriving or depsmarting from Trudeau airport is just the best.”
