“Ce qui m'a plu, c'est la disponibilité du personnel de la réception et l'aide apportée par l'agent de sécurité en service au hall d'entrée et par le chauffeur du bus navette pour déplacer les nombreuses valises que moi et ma famille avions avec nous. Le service de navette bus est excellent. Par contre, l'hôtel ne mérite pas les 3 ou 4 étoiles affichées lors de la réservation. Dans la chambre, on ne trouve aucune bouteille d'eau. Le petit déjeuner qui est servi est d'une pauvreté affligeante....

“Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement. ”

“Staff were very nice and most of them were bilingual. They accommodated us every day when approached for help or favours. One of the nights we found a random cherry stem in our room floor despite not eating cherries our entire stay but other than that, everything went smoothly.”
