“The hotel has a great location in a quiet area, surrounded by restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes away by car. The service was very good, the breakfast was adequate, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.”

“Have stayed here multiple times over the years with very satisfactory experiences. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The only criticism was the minor inconvenience of a couple of burnt out lights.”

“The room was good, and it was clean. Nice big fridge and microwave were great too. However, only 2 bath towels for 2 people the entire week, Sunday to Friday? My room was fine otherwise, but my coworkers room had leakage when it rained. They didn’t offer to move him to another room even though the hotel was half empty. And when the staff went in to clean up the water, they didn’t even change the bedding which had gotten dampened.”

“The property was clean and new. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was usual cereal and waffles etc. It’s close to downtown medical area where we needed to be. This hotel is very nice and half the price of medical district. Will stay here again.”

“The hotel is really nice and staff were helpful. Room was clean and fridge was already cold. They had water, coffee and juice out in the mornings, which was nice. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool or breakfast because of other obligations. My only problem was the toilet flushed weak. We were there 2 nights for a graduation and didn’t get around to informing staff. The hotel was in close enough range to everything we needed. I even found a beauty supply store and a grocery store. “Entrance has some strange odor. Smell was horrible near water fountain next to gym. Rooms are ok but we had issues with bathroom sliding door and one of the shower heads. Area is good. Breakfast is adequate but not very good. Things were not refilled quickly”

“Will never stay here again. The staff was great but the hotel itself is gross. The hallways smelled like weed and smoke. The rooms smelled musty, felt humid and sticky. The walls are very thin because we could hear all the noise from the rooms around and above us. Definitely regretted booking this hotel.”

“We booked this hotel kind of last minute, so I was a little nervous- The property itself seems a little bit older, but the owners have done an excellent job maintaining this property. We had a room with a kitchen and everything looked freshly painted. The parking lot lines and exterior looked freshly painted. The grout, sheets, and towels were all bright white- we were very pleasantly surprised. Both staff at the front desk that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.”

“The issues we had; we were there from Thurs to Sunday and never saw cleaning staff. I even told staff to clean and they didn’t. Also, we called down for clean towels and they never came. Had to go down to get them ourselves. Also, there is no 24 hr shuttle as advertised. It’s only for the Medical Center transports. The other issue is there are no good nearby restaurants making it expensive to stay here. The location is only good for the stadium and that is a 40 minute walk at least. Ubers back...
