Hotel vicino a Pearland Town Center - Houston

“My check in was at 3 pm but I arrive really early in houston and I was accommodated with a 9 am check on. I was dead tired and very much appreciated the accommodation.”

“Esperienza molto positiva, le camere dell'hotel sono molto carine e confortevoli e la colazione è abbondante (abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto il waffle a forma di Texas!). Comodo per chi vuole visitare lo Space Center. Per la cena consigliamo assolutamente il ristorante nelle vicinanze "Big Horn BBQ", eccezionale!”

“we did not receive room clean for two of the days we were there disappointed with the. the food was good and coffee. the hot tub was nice temp but poor condition,pool cold.it deserve a 2 star”

“The shower was disgusting. I took a picture of it and showed it to the manager (he said that his name was Alexis, but he didn’t have on a name tag, so I am not sure that was his name). I told him that it looks like mold, he was more concerned with trying to defend that it wasn’t mold. It looked like mold to me and I have the pic to prove it. If it wasn’t mold, it should never have gotten dirty enough to look like mold”

“I had paid to enter early for work reasons and they charged me an extra $10. When I arrived, there was a guy drinking and smoking who said he didn't know anything. He gave me the owner's contact because the contact information on the app was wrong, and even then, nobody answered or replied to my message. I don't recommend it, and the place is very strange. The owner didn't respond to confirm anything when I asked for information, so I believe it's a robot when you talk to the place. I had to pay...

“Honestly it looked like it was going out of business. The lobby was very nice and it looks like they maybe remodeling this location. The air conditioner was not good and clearly need maintenance. The room smelled like mold. We changed rooms and the bathroom didn't have broken tile in it but had all the above problems. We only stayed at night the rest of the time at the hospital with our grandson. If I had not already paid for the room up front, we would have moved. Didn’t feel safe...

“It takes A LOT for me to write a bad review, but to say that I was disappointed is an understatement. Disappointed that Expedia doesn't use discernment when choosing which hotels they promote, disappointed that my family didn't feel safe enough to even go inside the lobby, disappointed that I spent what I consider to be a considerable amount of money for a hotel room that wasn't even used, and disappointed that what was supposed to be a fun trip to watch a bowl game turned into a stressed out...

“I'm usually not picky about hotels, but this place is in very bad shape. Everything is old, has holes and stains, including the bedding and towels. The room was barely cleaned also. At least things in the room worked ok.”
