“We liked our stay here. ALL of the staff were outstanding. The building could certainly use updated mechanicals and walls/ceiling/doors/trim show their age. Not much that staff can do about that. “We were amusement park hopping, so Quality Lodge was our first and last stop before heading home. When we walked into the room on stay 1, the room had a distinct smell to it. Not terrible - but not exactly pleasant either. I couldn't place it until I took off my shoes and realized the carpets were wet.....they had just been shampooed. Not sure if this was routine maintenance or if something had happened with the previous guest. The room for stop 2 smelled more normal. ”

“Was all I needed for the night after a day at Cedar Point. Looks run down and the shower was in need of a replacement. Loud in the rooms could hear the people above us all night and morning. Conveniently located close to Cedar Point. Pool was nice and clean, was definitely a plus. There is a bowling alley and bar/restaurant across the street. That was great for some night time entertainment. Breakfast was crowded but I got what I needed before hitting the road. I could stay here again...

“This is my 2nd time staying and I loved it even more the 2nd time around! We got to enjoy the pool and courtyard area for a pizza party. Great space! The staff is also so incredibly nice, caring, and accommodating. I am SO happy that after years of trying different hotels and being disappointed, I’ve finally found the place I’ll keep coming back to every time I’m in Sandusky, which is 10-15 times per year. Not luxury, but clean, comfortable, enjoyable and affordable. ”
