“The hotel was remodeled and looked nice but the plumbing problems are horrible. We had booked 2 nights but after our first night of misery, we left. Unable to flush toilets, unavailable staff to fix the problem, no complimentary breakfast as advertised, and barely any necessary toiletries. Awful experience. They did state the second night will be reimbursed.”

“The location of the hotel was in a safe area although it seemed a bit tucked away. There were many food options. The check in after midnight was quick and smooth. Staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast options were many. Everyone was able to choose what they preferred. I would recommend this Hotel highly and stay again. Oh, the rooms were very spacious. Great value for the money. ”

“Great hotel. Super close to Toyota Music Factory. My only complaint is that the shower curtain didn’t really fit. It was basically 3/4 of a shower curtain.”

“Condition of property.. MC your brand is being tarnished! We have stayed at many RI and been very pleased this one however I would not recommend. Furniture dirty, torn/damaged, staff friendliness missing, pool area dead shrubs, broken chairs, towel size slightly larger then a hand towel. Positives breakfast & location!”

“Had a wonderful stay at the Omni Las Colinas Hotel while visiting family. The rooms were clean and offered a great view of Lake Carolyn, but the exceptional service really stood out. The dining staff on our first night went above and beyond, giving us excellent meal recommendations and helping us settle in perfectly. “Clean”

“Hotel and room itself was excellent and as expected. First night was a bit of a surprise getting woken by housekeeping to clean the room. The happy hour bartender accused me of lying in order to get my courtesy drink .. not something I appreciated Other than those two small things everything was great”

“Did not try the food. Only needed a short getaway. Was deeply disturbed by the crack on the door. The rest of the room was acceptable. Huge issue for me. They charge for parking at a hotel I am paying to stay in. Unfortunately that a never again issue for me. Thank you. ”
