“I spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. Great breakfast. I have only 2 complaints, first there is a very strong perfume smell in the hotel, especially in the lobby. My room wasn’t bad. The room also had a window that opened to fresh air. When I came home all of my clothes and suitcases smelled like the hotel. I am extremely sensitive to smells as it affects my lungs. The second is that the pool and hot tub were quite cool, and I only used them...

“The only issue which was very annoying was that being in 215 there was a hum and a bit of vibration making it difficult to get to sleep. On checking with the front desk in the morning we were told that it was likely from the fans of the pizza place next door. If the hotel isn’t full they should not place people in this room or others who might have this same issue.”

“The room we were in was in the old section I presume. Water pipes made lots of noise at night. Toilet would not flush without doing it manually in the tank. No lotion in the room. Not enough signage as where to go when going to Roger’s place or the Bell tower parade”
