“Great location with plenty of shopping in the immediate area.”

“Breakfast was odd at best. It said turkey sausage and showed a pic of a flat patty, but it looked like large undercooked hot dogs cut I half. Room was clean and well stocked. ”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. As soon as we drove up to the hotel, there was a very strong unpleasant smell outside. I’m guessing this may be because the hotel is close to the refinery, but the smell continued inside the hotel as well. Even when we got to our room, it still smelled bad. The hotel really needs a better air purification system. Our room was also located very far at the back of the hotel on the second floor, so it was a long walk to get there. When we mentioned the...

“I myself did not sray. My daughter and grandson stayed. They liked the fact that it was a 2 bedroom. ”

“Just staying 1 night but had a sleepless night because someone upstairs was walking or stomping the floor, then it seemed that the whole floor was shaking, people running and talking out in the hallway. Had to call front desk for security! Worst ever stay!”

“We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was great. Our only negatives were the size of the coffee pot and the fact that they only gave you one coffee pouch (technically 2 but one was decaf) there should be a full size coffee pot for a three bedroom suite. And there should be paper towel available, especially if there is only one tea towel. Otherwise this property is amazing and we would stay again. ”

“Front desk staff were good. We left mid morning and came back mid afternoon and our room hadn’t been cleaned after our first of two nights. We grabbed some towels from the ladies with the cleaning carts. Breakfast was the usual. Parking was fine. ”

“This is meant to be a nice hotel but the service has declined significantly and not up to par. Phone lines almost always busy at front desk, and have to go down in order to talk to someone. They advertise "late night" dining but that was not available at 1130 pm. Food options for gluten free are very minimal and accommodations for this seemed to be an incredible challenge.”

“First time in Edmonton and made a terrible mistake of booking this run down property in that area of the city. I slept with one eye open and all the lights on. Tear it down and rehabilitate that area of the city.”

“The breakfast menu was very fresh! The hot tub was very warm but over run and very loud with a bunch of kids so we were only there for 15 minutes the first night and did t even use it the second night because of all the kids. Very disappointed that we weren't able to relax in the hot tub which is what we were all really looking forward to”
