I had made a request when we made our reservation, a few weeks prior, if we could have a bit earlier check in as we were flying very early in the morning. “If you stay here and they put you on the fourth floor. Ask for another. Construction is happening on the fifth floor, it was incredibly loud. Hammers, power tools and nails dropping on the floor constantly.”
