“Hotel moderno, con tutti i servizi. Camera molto ampia, servizi in camera,pulita e funzionale. Colazione buona, comodo per lunghe soste e se si ha l'auto”

“For a Sheraton, I would expect a higher quality. The room was clean, but old. The furnitures are OLD, the bathtub makes sounds (cracking). Only one elevator was working and it was a long weekend and you can imagine the line ups in front of it… However, the staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.”

“This is my second time visiting this hotel, and overall I was very happy. However, this time I had to leave immediately because of a family emergency, and I expected to either receive a refund or at least some credit for a future stay. Unfortunately, neither of those happened. Honestly, I don’t believe it is fair to charge someone when the services were not fully provided. Because of this experience, I will not be coming back.”

“Hotel a 20km dal capolinea della metropolitana, pulito. Peccato per la sala colazione veramente troppo piccola per un hotel di queste dimensioni.”

“The building is under a balcony upgrade so currently there is construction around it. The restaurant was never open the entire time we visited and the outside parking lot was noisy with locals using it late in the night. That said, the location was great next to the lively lakeshore road and the staff was friendly. ”
