“Was a wonderful experience. Concierges/staff really elevated the stay and the 24hour security was an extra comfort, especially as a solo female traveller. I felt everyone I interacted with took amazing care in what they did. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the private balcony with hammock was amazing for rainy weather. I would highly recommend the hotel.”

“Had a two bedroom villa with 3 beds. Very clean and nice with small individual pool. Nice space to come back to after excursions. About a 30 min walk from downtown San Ignacio which wouldn't want to do at night based on having to walk on the street. Can get cabs arranged from hotel.”

“We had an excellent stay at Falling Leaves. We loved the location on the quiet outskirts of town, but still very close to everything, and right next door to Cahal Pech Archeological Reserve. Paula and the rest of the staff were so warm and welcoming, we felt right at home. Paula was very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our tours and had great recommendations. “The staff at Cassia Hill Resort are amazing. Two especially, Abby at the front desk and Carlos the security man were wonderful. Isabella in the restaurant is exceptional! The location is perfect for anyone wanting to do excursions from San Ignacio. The cabins are spacious and clean. The maintenance guys brought us fresh coconuts to drink and eat. Excellent place to stay. My daughter and I stayed 9 days and have great lifetime memories.”

“Location is great. You can use the pool of Midas hotel. The young man who worked there was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are solid.”

“We liked the pool and pool bar on hot afternoons. We stayed in the cabins; the trees have bright lights at night. We did have a small room lizard, scorpion, and ants on different nights, but the staff quickly noted and fixed a running toilet issue.”

“Overall, our stay was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lovely lady on reception. The rooms were ok. Limited choices for breakfast. A bit out of a way out of the main town of San Ignacio, so would be better with a car. Overall, I would recommend this hotel based on the price point”
