There is grassed communal space at the front of the house, side access to decking via gate for water sports equipment and shared tennis court (there will be tennis rackets and balls in the house if needed). The interior has a sociable layout on the ground floor that’s flooded with full height doors and windows in the living space, the amazing lake scenery can be seen and enjoyed whatever the weather. The open plan kitchen and dining area is the hub of the home, and the living area opens out onto the deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ for the warmer days. In winter you can curl up on the couch for movie marathons or a good old fashioned games night. The resort itself features a lakeside Café bar, Gym and sauna, children’s play area and tennis courts to enjoy at your leisure. Just a short drive from Cirencester.
