Guest Access:

You’ll have the place entirely to yourself - indoors and out. That includes the sundeck, balconies, terraces, hot tub, fire pit, and kayak, all ready when you are. The lake is part of a peaceful, gated estate: calm, swimmable, and ideal for paddling. Parking is simple and on-site. Planning something bigger? We manage 18 homes on the lake and can help you shape a group stay that still feels personal.

Here, everything’s ready and waiting for you, the robes are soft, and Prosecco is waiting for you on arrival to enjoy during first quiet moment. You’ll find sunrise views, long afternoons, and space to stretch out.



The lake is yours to explore, your dog is welcome too and every detail - from the lighting to the layout is designed to help you slow down and stay present.



Please note: This is a space for calm connection. Loud parties and disruptive stays won’t be accepted, and we have a £30 cleaning fee per dog that books (up-to 2).
